The food is seasonally driven, only the best produce is used and high standards are delivered throughout. You'll need to be a passionate foodie with a genuine eagerness to expand your knowledge of modern food.\n \nWhat you'll bring\n• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie within a luxury hotel\n• Fluent written and spoken English\n• Right to work in the UK\n• A thorough understanding of menus and all food and beverage items, including ingredients, methods of preparation and appropriate service styles\n• Ability to produce all food required for the assigned section to the highest standard\n• Knowledge of HACCP and a commitment to maintaining personnel, physical and environmental hygiene\n• Excellent time management and organisational skills with a naturally positive and adaptable approach\n \nWhat's on offer\n• £31,500 per annum plus excellent service charge\n• Refer a Friend Bonus — earn up to £1,000 for recommending friends\n• Complimentary guest experience stay\n• Chiropodist services\n• Complimentary sweets and drinks during shifts\n• Employee Recognition Programme\n• 50% food and beverage discount\n• Lunch and laundry services provided\n• Excellent training and development opportunities\n \nThe Hari is an equal opportunities employer.
