Job Title: Human Change Consultant / Training & Enablement Consultant - INSIDE IR35 CONTRACT - Hybrid Working - No Sponsorship Available\n\nOverview\n\nThis role focuses on shaping and delivering people-centric change strategies that enable organisations to realise value from enterprise technology investments. Working closely with stakeholders, you will help define the change vision, develop practical roadmaps, and support adoption through tailored training and enablement initiatives. Using design-led and empathetic approaches, you will translate human insights into measurable outcomes and build scalable methods that support long-term self-sufficiency.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nFacilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to assess current change capabilities, map stakeholder landscapes, and co-create a compelling vision and case for change.\nDevelop and deliver end-to-end change strategies, partnering closely with clients and applying human-centred design principles and behavioural insights to drive transformation.\nAlign cross-functional teams around the change approach to ensure consistent adoption across the organisation.\nCoach senior leaders and managers on effective change leadership, strengthening sponsorship and visible support.\nEstablish repeatable frameworks and metrics to enable sustained adoption and demonstrate value realisation.\nConduct stakeholder analysis and persona mapping to identify role-based impacts and inform training requirements.\nLead instructional design activities, including content planning and the development of process-driven, scenario-based training materials.\nDeliver Train-the-Trainer sessions and end-user training to build internal capability and confidence.\nImplement feedback mechanisms (e.g.

surveys, evaluations) to measure effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes.\nIntegrate change and enablement activities into broader programme delivery in collaboration with project teams.\nTravel to client sites where required for workshops, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery.\n\nEssential Skills & Experience - Please ensure your CV highlights the key skills listed here\n\nIndustry-recognised change management certification (e.g. Prosci, CCMP, APGM) or equivalent Experience.\nStrong understanding of change management frameworks, tools, and best practices.\nTrack record of leading Business Value, Design Thinking, or Human Centered Change workstreams, preferably for Salesforce Implementations\nAbility to clearly articulate the value of people-focused change to diverse stakeholders.\nExperience designing and delivering structured training and enablement programmes.\nStrong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with Experience working with senior audiences.\nEligibility for UK Security Clearance (required).\nWillingness to travel and work on-site when necessary. \n\nDesirable Experience\n\nExposure to complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programmes.\nExperience applying behavioural science or service design in change initiatives.\nAbility to create role-based personas and map processes to training needs.\nFamiliarity with enterprise platforms and their impact on business processes.\nExperience developing clear, engaging training content and documentation.\nStrong analytical skills to measure adoption, engagement, and effectiveness.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.\nComfortable working in cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving requirements.\n\nWhy Join?\n\nYou’ll be part of a forward-thinking consulting environment that values human-centred thinking, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement.
